Directions: For best results use at least once a week. After shampooing and conditioning, towel dry hair. On damp hair, generously apply DOO GRO® DEEP DOWN® Intense Penetrating Conditioner. Gently comb or massage through hair. Leave on for 2-5 minutes. For deeper conditioning, leave for 5-15 minutes (use of heat cap, plastic cap or hot towel will increase effectiveness but is not required). Rinse hair thoroughly. All returns must be made to the designated pickup location determined by vvipbeauty which could be different from the location the customer had initially picked up their package
Merchandise will be inspected upon arrival and if ineligible for refund it will be returned to the customer's own expense.
Shipping charges are non-refundable

Customer is responsible for shipping costs if the company is not at fault.
We will only pay the return shipping costs if the return item(s) is a result of our error (incorrect or defective item, etc..).
