Express Color is a long lasting, semi-permanent hair color for color enthusiasts who love bold colors. Express Color comes in 23 vibrant natural and fashion colors and each color is intermixable for creating unlimited custom colors. Express Color can be used straight out of the bottle without adding any harmful chemicals like ammonia or peroxide.

Directions:
- Always do a patch and strand test before coloring.
- Apply Kiss Express Color Semi-Permanent on shampooed, towel-dried hair 1/8" away from scalp and process for at least 15 minutes.
- For even results, make sure to fully saturate your hair with dye.
- For more intense pigmentation, leave on hair for up to an hour.
- Rinse thoroughly with cold water and enjoy your new hair color!
