If the customer is not content with their product, it is eligible for a refund.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. All item(s) should be returned in their original product packaging. (Exception : Hairs, Wigs, cosmetic)
Due to State and Federal Health Department Regulations on the sale of wigs and hair additions, the following policies must be enforced:
All items returned for refund must be in salable condition, unworn, undamaged, unopened and in the original net and undamaged packaging with tags still attached.
All returns must be made to the designated pickup location determined by vvipbeauty which could be different from the location the customer had initially picked up their package
Merchandise will be inspected upon arrival and if ineligible for refund it will be returned to the customer's own expense.
Shipping charges are non-refundable
No returns will be accepted after 30 days have passed since the delivery date.
Customer is responsible for shipping costs if the company is not at fault.
We will only pay the return shipping costs if the return item(s) is a result of our error (incorrect or defective item, etc..).
If your shipping and billing address is different than you may be contacted to verify your order
All Clearance items are non-refundable
If your order contains an item that is not currently in stock, you will be notified of any delay beyond 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)
If you are returning a product you must have RMA number provided by our customer service. Any return(s) without RMA number will not be honored
If return item(s) are damaged or not in new condition or have no RMA number, we will either refuse the item(s) or send item- All New York residents are required to pay taxes(s) back to you (customer is responsible for the shipping charges)

Transit time varies depending on destination location. Estimated delivery time is typically within 3-15 business days.
We are unable to provide any additional documentation to local customs beyond what is already provided with the package
Once the package(s) leaves our facility we have no control over the package(s) delivery route or delivery confirmation
All orders are subject to local fees, taxes duties and customs. We do not cover these charges and the charges may be significant so check with your local customs office. Charges are not included in the shipping costs.
